We love to serve and you can be assured that we’ll attend to your guests, food and kitchen as you
would and let you enjoy your guests. After all, that’s the way it’s supposed to be!

We will discuss with every client the plans for refreshments. Will we be expected to prepare refreshments or bringing them? We will arrive at your home early before the event. Does furniture need to be arranged or staged? We can help make arrangements for party rentals.

Make sure there is enough and proper seating so that each guest will be facing the center of the display. Also be sure there is enough lighting for everyone to see. Please have a list ready on our arrival.

About Maid Day Set Up

We Clean, Organize, room space plan, waitressing/serving, hostess, Light cooking, planning and personal shopping. Depending on the size of event we will send 1 assistant/waitress per 15 guests.

The normal set up is usually 2 staff per event. Price ranging per crew (2)for $65.00 per hour.
8 hour package including 2 staff is $525.00 inclusive +15% gratuity.

We will do all the cleaning of the desired rooms you require before during and after the event. We will set up the kitchen in preparation of your event. We are available to pick up last-minute items. Please have a list ready of order and time frames of appetizers, dinner, deserts, etc to be served or in trusting, we can use our own discretion. Having a server at your event means more than having someone watch the bar or stand at the buffet. It means having a ‘Party Assistant’, a personal helper to make your life easier and give you the chance to enjoy entertaining. You won’t have to spend time serving your guests as you are the guest of honor. Instead you’ll be waited on hand and foot. We have staff available for every occasion. Every event is more enjoyable when a Party Assistant is there! Let our Party Assistants take over the work of hosting a party and you can enjoy your guests. Party Assistants will answer your door, greet your guests, hang up their coats, take orders for a cocktail, set up, serve & clean up. We will empty the garbage and tidy the restrooms on going – just to start! Let us know how much help you need with your event and we’ll make sure you get it!

It’s always easier to go to someone else’s party than to host one of your own. Hosting an event may seem intimidating at first. You may find yourself rushing around, trying to create the perfect atmosphere and trying to take care of everyone. But you will be surprised at how easy it is to host a party. In fact, by following just a few simple tips, you and your guests will have a terrific time. The key is to begin hosting before the party even starts.

A superbly planned party begins with a great party planning checklist. Whether you are whipping up a home style dinner party for 10 close friends or a themed bridal shower for 100 guests, a master list, detailing every aspect of your party’s construction, takes little time to create and will ensure that you are ready for almost any complication that may arise.

You are the hostess and your party or event will be a success. Enjoy your event as you should without the stress and leg work.

Guest List: Party hosting starts long before the party ever begins. It actually starts when you prepare your guest list. Inviting guests to your party may not seem that hard at first, but you must consider how your guests will get along. For example, you may have friends who recently divorced. If the couple remains friends, you can invite both, but if they’re not this can be a tricky situation. Good party hosts will invite guests who enjoy each other’s company, but that doesn’t mean they have to have a lot in common. The best parties include guests who may not know each other very well, which means your guests will get a chance to meet new people.

RSVP: Knowing how many guests will attend is crucial for any good host. When preparing invitations or contacting guests via e-mail, ask your guests to RSVP, or tell you if they can come. Ask them to respond to your invitation a few days before your party, which will give you enough time to shop and prepare food and decorations in advance.

Food: Will you be using casual paper goods or formal china? most people will use extra cups, napkins and plates.
After you’ve made a guest list, start thinking about what type of food you’ll serve. Try to prepare foods that all of your guests can enjoy. This task may not be as easy as it sounds. Many people suffer from food allergies, follow special diets or have a condition that prevents them from eating certain foods. Some guests may be vegetarians who avoid meat, whereas other guests may be vegans, who do not eat any animal products.

When inviting guests, ask them about any food restrictions they may have. If you find that your guests have diverse eating restrictions, a buffet is a great option. That way, your guests can pick and choose the items they can eat.

Of course, that doesn’t mean that you can’t allow your guests to bring food to the party. Many people actually enjoy bringing a dessert or a good bottle of wine. Just remember that you shouldn’t make your guests feel obligated. Instead, tell the guests that they can bring something if they wish, but that they don’t have to. By the time guests arrive, we will have most of your food prepared, you might want to preparing the food list few days in advance for us.

You will never spend any time in the kitchen, you will be mingling with the guests having a great time. Of course, we will take care of the kitchen.

Appetizers will keep your guests occupied. Many appetizers will be made & prepared just a few minutes before the party. Choose a casual place for your guests to mingle and enjoy the appetizers. This gives everyone a chance to get to know one another. We will bring them out as needed. We will cleaning as we go as well.

Alcohol needed for a premium bar : Absolute Vodka, Tanqueray Gin, Bacardi Rum, Jim Beam Bourbon, Jack Daniel’s Whiskey, Johnnie Walker Red Label Scotch, Heineken, Miller, Bud Light, Red and White Wines, Mixers and Sodas. Appropriate Bar Needs e.g. Ice, Ice Scoops, Garnishes (lemons & limes), Garnish Dishes, protective mats for floors, Etc.

Beverages: You provide the alcohol and we supply the bartender. We help you plan the amount of liquor, beer, and wine you’ll need for your party. Even provide the delivery of the alcohol. We provide the equipment i.e. the bar, coolers, bar tools etc.. necessary for your house party to be a success. Bartender fee is per hour and Set-up and Mixer fees apply.

Be sure you have appropriate vessels (coolers, coffee tureens, etc.) from which we can serve drinks and decide on a location from which to offer beverages such as a bar location or simply waitressing. During the party, we will offer your guests a cocktail. However, not everyone drinks alcohol, and some people at your party may choose to be designated drivers. This doesn’t mean you should provide something ordinary for those guests. They deserve special drinks, too. Something as simple as pureed fruit with sparkling juice can make a guest who doesn’t drink alcohol feel welcome.

Casual Atmosphere: If you don’t follow any of the tips listed above, at least follow this last tip. Keep things casual. You may feel the need to make things elegant, but not necessary. A casual atmosphere makes people feel more comfortable. When your guests are more comfortable, they will mingle and talk even more.
